Expedition Itinerary
Day 1
Your expedition starts off with a cultural visit of the Ndebele culture. The expedition makes way for the town of Sabie and the beautiful Mac-Mac falls before passing the historic town of Pilgrims Rest and onto your overnight accommodation at Crystal Springs.
Day 2
Today you explore the mountain trails and cross the Oliphant's River. You trek up into the scenic northern Drakensberg and through the beautiful Lekgalammetse Afro-montane forest down to the Klasierie Game Reserve. Tonight you dwell at the luxurious Kapama lodge.
Day 3
The day is filled with a Mini Defender Trophy (similar to the old Camel Trophy) and then some relaxing personal time. The evening comprises of another game drive slowly taking in the African sights and sounds of the wild life of the African Savannah.
Day 4
After another great morning game drive and breakfast the expedition heads straight into the Kruger National Park for a full day's game drive. Your epic Kruger Park experience continues south to the Crocodile bridge gate and follows the Crocodile River to Royal Kruger Lodge.
Day 5
After breakfast you head back for the Highveld driving through KwaZulu Natal and over central Drakensberg.
Expedition Information
Expeditions are lead by a professional Land Rover Experience Instructor and a South African Overland Guide. The lead vehicle on the Expedition is a Land Rover with a full recovery kit. Personal 4 Wheel Drive vehicles are welcome, ie: non Land Rover Expedition vehicles.

The latest Land Rover and Range Rover fleet are available and ready for Expeditions. There is a maximum capacity of four persons per vehicle.
