Kruger National Park Expedition: Day 1
You are collected from O R Tambo International airport and taken to Gerotek where you are introduced to and orientated with your Land Rover before heading off into the African Bush. We follow the road east, for an interesting culture stop at Botshabelo. Botshabelo is an authentic Ndebele traditional village. The Ndebele culture is renowned for the unique way in which the ladies decorate their houses and for their unbelievable traditional dress.
The road then takes us onto the town of Sabie and the beautiful Mac-Mac falls, before passing the historic town of Pilgrims Rest and onto our overnight accommodation at Crystal Springs.
Kruger National Park Expedition: Day 2
An early start to the day, as we hit the mountain trails, our first main obstacle for the day being the crossing of the Oliphant’s River, and then up and into the beautiful northern Drakensberg with some beautiful views over the Lowveld.
Our afternoon drive will lead us through the beautiful Lekgalammetse Afro-montane forest and down to the Klasierie Game Reserve.
We book into the comfortable Kapama lodge, for a great evening under African Stars.
Kruger National Park Expedition: Day 3
We start the day with an early morning game drive on an open vehicle, before breakfast. The day is filled with a Mini Camel Trophy and then some relaxing personal time reflecting and enjoying the African ambiance.
The evening we go another game drive taking in the African sights and sounds of the wild life of the African Savannah.
Kruger National Park Expedition: Day 4
After another great morning game drive and breakfast, we head straight into the Kruger National for a full day’s game drive.
We will be on the lookout for all the great and small the Kruger has to offer.
Exiting Kruger at Crocodile bridge gate and follow the river to Crocodile Kruger Safari Lodge. Here we spend our last evening together under the burning African sky relaxing around the fire reminiscing about the past few days.
Kruger National Park Expedition: Day 5
After breakfast we head back for the Highveld region passing the Northern most point of the Drakensberg.
The trip ends back at Land Rover Experience Gerotek where you will be taken back to the OR Tambo Airport where you can continue your Southern African adventure.

- Based on a minimum of 10 participating adults
- Personal 4WD vehicles (non Land Rover Expedition Vehicles) are welcome on both Traditional and Deluxe options
- Select drinks at select Lodges are not included
